During my internship at Ion Beam Applications (IBA) as a Product Marketing & Sales Excellence Support, I was involved in several key projects focused on enhancing communication tools and commercial support for the ProteusONE proton therapy system. My missions were organized into four main areas:

1. Customer and Prospect Presentations
   • Created and updated strategic presentations by transforming technical "solution papers" into clear, accessible, and visually impactful slides.
   • Developed storylines and visuals to highlight clinical benefits, scalability, sustainability, and technical expertise.
   • Coordinated validation workflows with clinical, regulatory, and marketing manager to ensure compliance.
2. Customer Testimonials and Communication Campaigns
   • Managed the editing, validation, and publication of client testimonial videos (Italy and Taipei).
   • Coordinated with external agencies for video production, subtitles, and visuals.
   • Prepared associated promotional materials (blogs, emails, LinkedIn posts) for multichannel campaigns.
3. Update of IBA Statistics Across Promotional Materials
   • Ensured consistency and accuracy of IBA’s key figures (patients treated, systems installed, market share, etc.).
   • Created centralized Excel databases linked to PowerPoint slides for automated updates via UpSlide.
   • Coordinated with internal teams and graphic designers to update websites, videos, and promotional content.
4. Improvement and Structuring of UpSlide Library
   • Reorganized the PowerPoint content library to make it clearer, more complete, and user-friendly for sales teams.
   • Implemented a new tagging system and solved technical issues in collaboration with the UpSlide team.
   • Facilitated adoption by communicating updates through newsletters and team presentations.

Additionally, I contributed to internal communication (newsletters, team meetings, handover documents) to ensure sustainability of projects beyond my internship.
